INFORMATION ON PICK UP POINTS

(Only available in FRANCE)

If you choose delivery to a pick-up point, our application automatically finds the available pick-up point closest to your delivery address. We work primarily with Mondial Relay, but also with the Chronopost service: Chrono Shop2Shop.

Your parcel is generally delivered in a few days to your Pick-up point.

As soon as the package is ready, you will receive a notification by email and SMS to inform you of the address of your pick-up point. We advise you to leave us your mobile number in order to be notified as soon as possible.

If you wish to be delivered to a specific pick-up point, send me an email after your order on aude@onivo-cosmetics.com indicating its address.
